Sunstate Commerce Center is located on the southwest side of Taylor Road, the north side of Mckenzie Street, and the west side of elizabeth street. The site to the west has frontage along rail road tracks, although the subject is separated from the tracks by a drainage ditch. the site does not contain any access to the rail road tracks . the sight also contains frontage along elizabeth street.
